3. Products & Stock Availability

• All products listed are subject to availability.
• Stock quantities, prices, specifications, and images are indicative and may vary.
• Certain products may be offered as assorted stock. In such cases, colors, designs, patterns, and/or sizes may vary within the shipment.
• Due to the nature of surplus and stock-lot goods, assortments cannot be controlled or customized. However, all products, including assorted stock, are guaranteed to be non-defective and A-grade, unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Variations in assortment shall not be considered a defect or grounds for claims, returns, or disputes.
• We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any product or offer without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are quoted on FOB (Free On Board) basis unless stated otherwise.

5. Orders & Confirmation

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary due to logistics, port congestion, customs clearance, or force majeure events.

• Risk and responsibility transfer to the buyer as per agreed Incoterms (FOB).

7. Inspection & Quality

• Goods are sold as A-grade surplus / stock-lot items.
• Third-party inspection can be arranged at the buyer’s request and cost.
• Minor variations in color, size, weave, weight, or finish may occur due to the nature of stock goods and shall not be considered defects.

8. Returns & Claims

• All stock-lot and surplus goods are sold on an “as-is, where-is” basis.
• No returns, replacements, or exchanges are accepted once goods are shipped.
• Any claims must be raised prior to shipment or as per agreed inspection terms.

9. Intellectual Property
